Thanks for the lead, the book is terrific!!!
The author does a great job of transporting the reader to the Victorian and
Edwardian eras and the tumultuous changes at the turn of the century.
It is incredible how little understood was the new technology. Marconi was
successful by sheer dint of his efforts. After receiving the Nobel prize in
physics he admitted that he had no idea how radio really worked.
