[Boatanchors] Speaking of Valiants

Earlier this morning I went into the basement to see if I could drag my
Valiant off the top shelf.  Well, I couldn't, so will have to get some help.

While looking at it, I turned the bandswitch and was surprised to note that
it clicks into position on 10, 15, 20 and 40 meters, but will not move to
11, 80 or 160 meters.

It's been sitting on that shelf for at least 12 years, so I hope that
cleaning and lubing (once I get it down) will help.

Is this a common Valiant problem?

I really only want to use it on 80 and 160.
