[Boatanchors] Blowing fuse on Valiant, update

   It  all  tests  fine  with out the rectifier tube, V21. Tube begins to
   glow for 10 seconds and then pops the fuse.
   I  don't know how to "test" the tube without another so I think I best
   check the tube socket voltages and see what turns up.
