Ditty not Diddy.

Angelo Ditty FCC

I think he signed one of my early 2nd or 1st phones.   He was
a bit of a folk lore hero for those of us under the Atlanta office. 

I remember taking one or two exams at the Atlanta FCC office, back in the
mid 60s.
