[Boatanchors] Technical help - What are the requirements?

Chuck,

You are welcome for the memory of Angelo!  I apologize for the Last Name 
screw up!  It's going on close to 30 years now since I got licensed in 
1980.  Angelo used to stop by Robert WB4ATE's house in Columbus, GA.  I 
'Elmered' Robert's neighbor directly across the street, Frank - KA4SFV.

Yes, Angelo was *indeed* a fine gentleman - *and* a stickler for the 
fine points!

I do INDEED remember Powder Springs, GA.  All of us operating in that 
area made darn sure we were STRAIGHT!
