[Boatanchors] AC Meter Shunt Help

Thanks all. I do want it to read the original 75 amps and I will try to 
construct or find what you suggest. One further question, wouldn't 15:1 come 
into this equation since full scale presently says (in the small print) 5 
amps and the full scale reading of the meter is 75 amps?
