[Boatanchors] AC Meter Shunt Help

It's likely designed to work with a 1:15 Current Transformer, not a shunt. If it
were a shunt it would say something like 10 mV (a standard type). Such a current
transformer has a turns ratio of 15 secondary turns per primary turn.
