[Boatanchors] HRO-60 Question

I have a chance to pick up an HRO-60 that is being sold as-is. The seller
advises me that it has a very loud hum. When he tunes it, the S-meter
deflects as if it is receiving signals but no audio comes through because of
the hum.

My first reaction is the obvious: bad filter caps. However, I have never
worked on an HRO-60 so I'm wondering if any of you have any other ideas as
to what it might be.

My second question is how difficult is it to disassemble and work on an
HRO-60? To give you a point of reference, I've worked on a Hammarlund SP200
and an SP400 and a Hallicrafters SX-28 without too much trouble.
