Fair Radio sales has reproduction for the R390/A.

These are like $25.00 each.

It cost to get them made.

Some fellows are doing good art on a computer. PC paint and bit map.
lots of print and look until you get the feel just right.

Then they are printing it on a paper used to make PC boards.

The effect is very black ink on a paper.

Instead of doing a transfer to cooper board, they do a transfer to an 
aluminum tag cut to size and pre drilled.

The transfer process is done with a hot flat iron.

Once transferred a bit of touch up can be done.

Then it gets a clear spay paint coat from a can.

You may find tags made this way on the Internet for your item.

You need to get with in a foot to detect the tag is not engraved.

You could do the black that way and still have the numbers engraved at a 
trophy shop.

Expect a going rate of over $25.00 to get one if you need it.
But then any restoration work is equally costly.
