[Boatanchors] lights

I need to find something also.  My vision is going downhill and i find 
myself looking into radios even with my glasses off and wishing i could 
see better.  But, i also find that if i am in a room with the typical 
fluorescent ceiling lights that i in short time, get headaches so 
whether or not something close quarter would be any better or not i 
don't know but i want to stay away from something that is going to 
bother me after a short period of use.  Using a handheld magnifying 
devise isn't an option because then you only have one hand left in which 
to hold the soldering iron/gun, the solder wick or solder and possibly a 
pair of pliers at the same time.  Somehow i've not mastered that trick. 
  Suggestions please.
