[Boatanchors] Need oil filled HV caps

I am working on a Collins 30K-4 transmitter and I am in need of two caps
for the power supply.  One is a .1 mf at 5000 volts that is used across one
of the filter chokes.  The other is one of the 2 mf 4000 volt filter caps. 
I am
most in need of the filter cap and could certainly use something a little 
larger
than 2 mf if it did not exceed my size limits.  The cap needs to be no 
larger
than 4.5 x 3.75 inches in chassis footprint and no more than 6 inches tall.
If anyone can help, please let me know.
