[Boatanchors] Allied catalogs

In my collecting and restoring BAs and classic radios, I have found a
collection of old Allied catalogs a great assistance at times.

I have about 18 of them beginning in 1929 through 1971 with a concentration
in the period 1930 through 1942 (by choice).

Does anyone know when Allied started the series of both a Spring & Summer
edition and a sometimes larger annual catalog?  It appears that it may have
started in 1934, the first year I have one of each.  When did it end?  The
last year I have both is 1942.

Is there a Fall & Winter edition?  I have never seen a Fall & Winter
edition.

I also have a couple of Burstein Applebee catalogs but they appear to have
less data.

Now I wish I would have saved a few catalogs from the late 50s and early 60s
when I was a kid.
