Hi Bill,
The Eico 723 manual is available from the BAMA mirror at:
http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/eico/723/ . To cut to the chase, the
manual says to put the function switch in TUNE and peak the grid
current but don't exceed 2mA. Then switch to TRANSMIT, dip the plate
and adjust loading for 120mA. After loading, recheck the grid
current and set to 1.5mA CW or 2mA phone.
