Walt,
I only get the digest so I don't know what happened
between your offer to sell some nice old gear and your
second post to take it to e-bay first the next time. 
Did some folks jump on you for the statement of your
plans and the offer to sell it to the community first?
 Please post to the commumity who attacked you and
why.
I think your offer was very reasonable and would
probably do the same sometime.  What's the foul?
