[Boatanchors] 250 TH and 250 TL

250TH is high-mu, 250TL low-mu.  I didn't bother to look up the details but 
the TL will require different drive and bias levels from the TH.  Sorta like 
the difference between a 12AX7 and a 12AU7, but at a much higher power level.  
Short answer is that the 250TL won't work properly in a BC-610..
