[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters SX-28 Resistor Question

Hi All,

I'm working on a Hallicrafters SX-28 and have a question on a resistor 
value.  The resistor in question is R31/R32, both part of a large chassis 
mounted unit from whose tap several stages' screen voltage is derived.

A couple of parts lists both state the value for R31 as 11K, but I measure 
14K.  As R31/R32 seems to be a wirewound unit and those don't  usually drift 
in value, that seems strange.

Does anyone know if R31's value was actually supposed to be 14K, and my 
parts lists are wrong?
