[Boatanchors] Bad Aim

I have been informed through my usual disreputable
channels that my aim was off on my previous post.  On
checking the fine print (which got buried in the mass
of the missive in question that was aimed elsewhere),
I have discovered that the messenger was, in fact,
correct.  The only thing this changes is the subject
of the post, not the intent.  

Skipping to the last chapter, there was still no
personal attack.
