[Boatanchors] Viking II VHF Filter Choke L-21

Hello All,
I have a friend with a Viking II that developed a problem.
Seems that L-21, the little vhf choke at the base of L-7 plate choke, let
all it's smoke out.

Does anyone have any info on the value of this choke ??
Or what might be a suitable substitute ??

I'm not sure what circumstance caused this particular component to fail but
any help will be greatly appreciated so we can get him back on the air !
