[Boatanchors] LOOKING FOR FEW PARTS & TUBES

I checked my foreign manuals and find no 6U5, GT or other wise (doesn't mean
there isn't one however) but I note there is a 6X6 eye tube that appears to
have an octal base listed (at least as far as tubes with conventional tube
designation: voltage, letters, number of elements). There might be others
in the lettered designation.

Cheers,

Gerry

This is the only 6v eye with an octal base that I know of, can be wrong,
usually am wife sez.
