[Boatanchors] Cleaning a grungy chassis

A mixture of half Formula 409 and half household
ammonia works wonders.  Use a small paint brush and
apply in a small area then wipe off with a paper
towel.  Then do the next area.  

Suggest doing this outdoors since the ammonia does
smell a "bit"!
