[Boatanchors] Cleaning a grungy chassis

Hi Don,
    Get it out of the cabinet and find out what the "nasty stuff" is
soluble with.  Water & plain dishwashing hand soap if you're lucky, but
more likely something like mineral spirits.  Tilt the chassis on it's side
so stuff will run off, into a pan, and swab it with the solvent & a paint
brush.  Keep away from the pwr xfmr, etc, let the stuff run off the sides.
If it's water, rinse with distilled water.  If mineral spirits let it dry
out in the sun (same if water).
