[Boatanchors] SP-200 (T-6)

On the SP-200 that I'm working on, I need to get inside T-6, one of the
IF transformers. There are several papers caps in there that should be
replaced as well as several resistors that should be checked. This
transformer is on the rear corner of the chassis.

How do I get inside T-6? Under the chassis, I undid the two nuts that
fasten onto the screws that secures the shield of T-6 to the chassis.
That did not permit me to lift the shield off T-6. It is still fastened
on. What do I do next?

Any help would be appreciated.
