Eugene -

I have several large, old relays similar to this one that I believe
were used in phasing networks for broadcast stations. All of the ones
I have are 120VAC. That said, I've seen a very common Johnson
boomerang type relay like this that is/was also made in 12VDC
configuration. Not as common as the AC model, but it does add to the
mix.

Sometimes the ratings are stamped onto the paper insulation of the
transformer, other times on some obscure area. Have you checked under
the mounting plate on bottom? Perhaps there is some model number or
something else under there.
