Love to help but a little confused. Are you asking how many Henrys your 15 Henry 
choke has? I'd estimate about 15 Henrys. If you are trying to figure out its current 
capacity, check the gage of the wire leads and use a standard table. This assumes 
that the leads and the winding wire are the same gage. Yeah I know what they say 
about assuming. Back in the old days, I'd estimate up but as these things aren't 
available at your local Radio Shack/Lafayette/Olsons/TV repair shop anymore, you 
might want to be a bit conservative. Hope you don't choke on my help.
