[Boatanchors] How much does Henry weigh?

It's essentially impossible to say. It could be wound with <#10 wire and be a
fraction of a Henry, or be wound with >#34 wire and be hundreds of Henries.
The DC resistance would give you some information. Also, is the core gapped or
not. That can change things by 10x or more.

A rule of thumb for iron is 40 W/ lb at 60 Hz for transformers. (a 120 W
transformer would have 3# of silicon steel)

Sometimes a transformer can be used as a choke, but you have to be much more
specific.
