I just realized something else you can do if you don't have a recent Paint.

Open Internet Explorer.  Go To Tools->Internet Options.  Select the 
'Advanced' tab.  Nw, scroll down and check "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" 
under Multimedia.

Go to File->Open and navigate to your jpeg.  You should see the image, now 
shrunk to fit the screen.

If you print it, it now should fit on the paper.
