[Boatanchors] Need Design Ideas for Test Bench Construction

Hi To Everyone and Happy New Year!

I need ideas on a good design for a test bench for
diagnosing, servicing and repairing several Boat
Anchors.

I bought Carl Grolle's book a few years back which has
a design described in it but I have now lost the book.
 I also wondered if the bench design in his book was
deep enough and whether the top shelf was too low. I
remember that the bench-top was comprised of tempered
hardboard and I have found a local source for this
material. I think many work benches are too low for
comfortable use and whether anyone has ideas on a good
height.
