[Boatanchors] GO9 Roller inductor cleaning

Hi Ian,

I put a TBW on the air. The TBW is the "mirror image" layout of a GO9.
Built an external plate / screen modulator with an ART13 xfmr.

I thought I hade to clean mine but apparently the silver oxide is a great
conductor. The inductors are all dark but work very well with no intermittant
readings on the plate meter even while tuning.

I would concentrate on setting the contact wheel. However, if your silvering
is not there for what ever reason, you may have to clean them anyways.
