Did you ever get anything on fence antennas?   I dug and found my
book, -How to Build Hidden, Limited-Space Antennas That Work-.
It is authored by Robert Traister, WB4KTC. Good book.

There is a section on using fences for antennas in it.

Do not have scanning capabilities but be glad to copy out that
section for you.

Don't know if book still available or not.  TAB publication dated
1981.
