Hi Doc,
NRI's course for "Radio Technician" dates way back I think into the 1930's.
Two of my friends both took the course and one opened a Radio/TV shop.
He acquired both the signal tracer and the R.C. Tester from NRI.
I later moonlighted as a bench technician. That's where I became acquainted
with the signal tracer and also the NRI Professional R.C. Tester.
(Resistance
and Capacitance tester). I like them so much that I was able in more recent
years to find and acquire them.
Take care,
Ken N5CM
