[Boatanchors] tube tester emission sensitivity

Just curious what the consensus is regarding the GRID EMISSION SENSITIVITY 
ADJUSTMENT for tube testers. I imagine that most testers provide the 
adjustment similar to my B&K 707 which recommends a leakage of 25 megohms 
(as it says most tube mfr's recommend) or 100 megohms for greater 
sensitivity.

What is the preference among you guys and why?
