I think the point's being missed, and I agree with Larry completely.
(Sellers advertising capability in one auction and no capability in
another abound.) If you research a sellers history, you'll frequently
find guys that advertise "tested, guaranteed" in one auction and
"unable to test" in another. I also love the ones that say,
"Doesn't power up, but probably just something simple in the power
supply". It's best to assume it's severly broken and buy it real
cheap or move on.
