Reading Drew's post again, I wonder if we're talking abt the same
thing. I'm getting confused at "original plug's strain relief" and
"original plug's metal shell". The orginal "cord" was 2-wire, had a
strain relief. There's an original 2-prong "jack" there, that's separate
from supplying power to the recvr.
