[Boatanchors] cleaning ceramic?

A file is USELESS. The ceramic is MUCH harder than the file. The Dremel is
depositing metal on the ceramic.

Is it glazed or unglazed? If glazed, try Fantastik on a toothbrush then rinse
several times with distilled water. DON't try that if unglazed because of
electrical leakage. As a LAST resort, try some dilute acid
(Hydrochloric/Muriatic) on a Q-Tip, then rinse as before.
