I have been using International Crystals for many years as a supplier of 
  crystals for both my commercial and hobby needs.

I have never been disappointed in the quality and reliability of their 
products and, in the case of Boatanchor crystals, their knowledge of 
specifications.

Orders have always been placed by telephone, not by email. I prefer a 
"living body" at the other end, especially when technical specifications 
are involved.
