I ordered a few from them about a year ago.  Did it by phone, not 
website.  Had good service.

Also, a few years ago, the oven in my Cushman CE-4 went west with no 
hope of repair or replacement.  They were extremely helpful in making 
a special non-oven crystal for that circuit.  No extra charge, just 
the normal price for that high-precision crystal.

I'd give them another chance or try calling them instead.
