You are correct Dan, I just didn't want to have a union black car in my
driveway tomorrow but now that you have raised the issue. As a commercial
and personal user of those carriers being discussed for many years, I have
had FAR, FAR more trouble with UPS than any of them. Another thing about
UPS is to be a manager, you must start at the bottom of the ladder and work
up. That is like incest and bad habits are ignored by management. You
should have used UPS before FED EX..
The USPS is much better because I have never had trouble collecting for a
damaged package. The UPS website tells you how to pack and on another page
they say they will not cover packing as described on the packing page. I
have found customer service with USPS is much more sensitive to our
complaints then UPS.
Sad to say, but I blame unions for outsourcing our jobs, not the companies
or government. Their contracts are so protective of members, a company
can't fire one. Watch the Pilot's union kill Delta.
