Silly me-where was my brain? The Tek 500 Series wasn't in production until the 60's.  Must have been to much pot luck at the ole church house tonight.  
Let's see, let me reassess this. How about 48th week of 1965, or could have been 1975, but I'll give it a 1965 date of manufacture.  I don't think they were in production.  The Tek PN for this tube is 154-0417-00.
