Mouser sells a generic crystal element (a ceramic one too) that I have
sucessfully resurrected a D 104 mic with.
They are around $4 each. The element fits nicely into the Turner Centurion
head type mics such as the SSB+2 and the 254.
Google Mouser catalog on the WWW.
