[Boatanchors] D-104 Elements

Google Astatic and you will find they will replace elements in the D 104 for 
about 40 dollars which includes shipping to you.  They won't sell the 
element.  The company that owns Astatic is Omnitronics.

This all assumes you want a working D 104
