As Glenn said, there are MANY models/types of the GE "Progress" Line
radios.  I have a lot of the manuals and even some parts, cables, heads
mics etc on hand.  

Cut my teeth on two way when Progress Line came out brand new.  Lotsa
modifications came down the horn, mainly in the rx squelch and TX Dev
circuits.

Get the numbers off the nameplate if possible, and the ink stamp type 
number off the TX, RX and Pwr supply strips,& head,  I'll see what can
round up.
