[Boatanchors] Heath PC Boards

Howdy..

Being the "junque" collector I am, I picked up some items at a local
business that moved.  In the boxes of stuff were some PC boards.  These
are new, never been soldered on, and they say:
"Copyright 1978, by Heath Company"  Part number on solder side is
-85-1982-   On silkscreen side is 85-1982-1086.  About 2.5 inches
square,
look like used to mount some LEDs or something.  Nice fiberglass
material.
Another number on them in small print is -013078-, might be a date code.

Hate to toss them out, anyone know what they are for and any use for 
them?  Got -4- of them.  Postage and packaging gets one or howmany?
