Alex, how far do you go back at Heath?  I would really like to speak 
with you ar someone who was around when the HW-16 was being designed. 
There's been some speculation about the why's and the wherefores of 
certain elements of the design on the Glowbugs list that basically led 
to just that:  speculation.  For example, we wonder why the RF coil for 
15 meters (receive) has such a small inductance paralleled with a 
*relatively* large capacitance (relative to the other two bands, that 
is).

Rather than go about this like archaeologists, it would be great if 
there was anybody out there that was intimate with the design of the 
HW-16.  Can you help?
