[Boatanchors] RME 69

Thanks to John Dilks, K2TQN, the contributing editor in QST of the "Old 
Radio" column, the manual for the RME-69 is available for downloading 
from BAMA.  It includes the schematic for the receiver and also for the 
"B-76 Noise Suppressor."
