I would choose 4 types as follows:

Electrolytics for large capacitance locarions. Either high quality aluminum, or for recent mil gear CS-13 tantalums (surplus)

Silver mica - CM-04,5,6 for RF locations

Ceramic for bypasses. Note, ceramics can be microphonic

Tubular Poly*  to use as coupling and smilar applications to replace papers. * = you choose.
