[Boatanchors] HCI Counts Down To History!

Hint: Before the bunny hops, the colorful eggs in hard shells drop and the beans
of jelly widen your belly -	
	
Join us on Sunday March 6th for the Hallicrafters Collectors International 20
meter Net. Do not let snow or sleet, or stinking sweat socks feet keep you away
from those wonders of Halli that still go glow in the dark! Light them up and
let's get drifty!	
	
The pre-Net will commence at 12:45 PM EST, (1745 UTC). Remember that Cowboy who
played Froggy in the Gene Autry series? Well he has volunteered to sing a few
choruses of "Hickory Dickory Dock, Who Broke My Hammarlund Clock!" with
Frogzilla to give the pre-Net a swift kick in the direction of the frozen frog
pond! Hopefully the 'croaking' sound with be from Frogzilla tuning up his pipes
and not Hams becoming SK when this duet rumbles out of their vintage speakers!	
	
If we all survive that, the Net proper will start at 1:15 PM EST, (1815 UTC). 	
	
The frequency will be 14.293 MHZ usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and that
infamous pitter patter of little feet pillaging and plundering everything the
could even remotely be possibly edible. No, not another grandchild, but one of
the little grandsons let his pet Lizard loose in my bathtub then turned on the
hot water so he could have a nice warm bath! He shot out of the tub like that
Squirrel did when you put the lit M-80 firecracker in the opposite end of the
horizontal clothesline support pipe from where the furry tailed rodent was
sleeping! Naturally nobody could find the little three year old grandson's
stupid Lizard, so he is having a wonderful time romping around here tormenting
me! This morning I went to take a bite of my corn flakes with a sliced fresh
banana on them and he jumped out of my bowl and onto my T-shirt! After that, I
did not need to drink that prune juice! I poured it into a saucer and set it on
the floor, hoping the blasted Lizard would indulge and ... Well you know! He
didn't, but I forgot it was there and stepped in it a hour later! 	
	
I hope to hear many of you tomorrow. Note the time of this post. Somebody has to
keep me awake! In fact if one of you would pretend to be an alarm clock and ring
my chimes about 1300 UTC, it would be appreciated!
