I often use a TO-6 to check caps, especially those that I wish to check 
under high voltage.

I find the unit to be quite accurate relative to marked values.  I've 
checked the device against a good number of new caps in a variety of values.

Sometime recently (I don't think it was on this list) someone said that the 
old high-voltage cap checkers were a poor choice.

What is the opinion here of such units?
