[Boatanchors] R-390 replacement

Joe,

R-390/URR was replaced by R-390A/URR.  Beyond that, I'm not certain what USA 
and USAF did but in USN service, R-390A/URR was replaced by R-1051/URR, which 
was made in several models plus had transmitter, transmitter-receiver and 
transceiver variants.  Nice equipment.  Mostly solid state but still definitely 
boatanchors.
