[Boatanchors] What's the code

Hear! Hear! Or whatever the phrase is. I've never said i wouldn't help
or qso with anyone just because they never learned the code. But i do
agree with Jim's observation that it's like getting a college degree.
You have to do some things just to learn some sort of discipline. While
i never went that far in the learning process, i did learn about
discipline over the years starting with my parents. I's what a lot of
young folks have a hard time recognizing. And it's definitely a
requirement for going thru life.

Maybe that's why so many new hams never stay with the game. Course the
makers of high dollar ham gear don't care, they got their money and now
looking for new bait. But then again the same game goes on with any
commodity.

Onward to a new subject on the list. Always a challenge here and lots
of good advice from all who populate this habitat.
