Interesting!  What was used to listen to the output?  Did you build your own 
speaker or headphone?  Or was the weak electrical output signals applied to 
a sensitive part of the body that converted the electrical to physical 
feelings that could be related to speech?  Bet a headphone was used.!! Now 
that CW may not be required does not mean that it is no longer allowed.  I'm 
betting that the cw mode will be as popular as ever.  Now if they (FCC) 
allow the bands to be all phone, then CW will be able to hold its 
own----don't you think?
